This article will walk you through the process of viewing and managing your patient's details.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Web App.
Step 2: Select the chat consultation you wish to address from the Chats or Open Cases section.
Step 3: Select the patient then click on the magnifying glass icon.
Step 3: Under the Profile tab you can view and edit patient details. When finalized click Update.
Step 4: Under the Stats tab you can view patient Activity and Emotion statistics.
Step 5: Under the Journal tab you can view any entries that the client has recorded.
