Starting a New Chat with a Client

This article will walk you through starting a new chat case with one of your clients using the vet mobile app.


Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Vet App.

Step 2: Tap on the Cases tab on the navigation bar.

Step 3: Tap on the Pencil and Message Bubble icon in the top right.

Step 4: Search or scroll to find the pet parent you want to start a chat with.

Step 5: Select one or more of their pets as the subject of the chat, then tap on Next.

Step 6: Select a case type for the chat, then tap on Start Chatting.
