Closing a Chat Case

This article will walk you through ending a chat consultation on the vet mobile app.


Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Vet App.

Step 2: Tap on Cases on the navigation bar.

Step 3: Tap on the case you want to address.

Step 4: Tap on the Action Sheet icon in the top right.

Step 5: Tap on Close Chat Case.

Step 6: Enter a Case Title and a final note (if necessary), then tap Send.

Step 7: The closed case will be viewable from the Closed section on the Cases tab.
