This article will walk you through navigating the Cases section of your Anipanion dashboard.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Web App.
Step 2: Select the Cases section from the navigation bar.
Step 3: Select either Open Cases or Closed Cases.
Step 4: You can search for a specific consultation by using the search bar at the top.
Step 5: Under Open Cases, consults will be organized by client name, pet name, case title, start date/time, staff member/s involved, and a button to view the chat.
Under Closed Cases, consults will be organized by client name, pet name, case title, start date/time, end date/time, staff member/s involved, revenue generated, and two buttons; one to download the post consult summary report, and another to view the chat transcript.
