This article will walk you through inviting your staff members to Anipanion.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Web App with your administrator credentials.
Step 2: Select the User Management tab under the Settings section.
Step 3: Click on the plus sign icon on the right side of the screen to begin onboarding staff.
Step 4: Enter the staff member's name, email address, phone number, and role at the practice then click Save.
Step 5: After clicking Save, the staff member will receive an email at the address you put on file. The email will include a link to set up their account. Continue steps 3 and 4 to continue inviting more staff.
Step 1: Have the staff member that you invited check their email and open the one with the subject line that says "You've been invited to Anipanion." The email will have a link, have them click on "Accept Invite."
Step 2: After clicking on Accept Invite, the staff member will be prompted to enter their name and set a password. Once they click on Login, they will be routed to their Anipanion dashboard.
