Collecting Payment from a Client

This article will walk you through collecting payments from your clients on the vet mobile app.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Vet App.

Step 2: Tap on Cases on the navigation bar.

Step 3: Tap on the case you want to address.

Step 4: Tap on the Action Sheet icon in the top right.

Step 5: Tap on Send Payment Request.

Step 6: Select a service option from the dropdown list.

 

Step 7: Optionally, modify the price charged for that service option and/or add more service options to the payment request. Remove any extra added service options by tapping on the Minus Sign icon next to the service option.

Step 8: View the payment request posted in the chat thread. Wait for the pet parent to complete the payment request.

 

Step 9: You will receive a notification when the pet parent completes the payment request. The payment message in the chat thread will change from Unpaid to Paid when this happens as well.
