This article will walk you through how to submit an order support inquiry for an Anipanion Shop order, and also how to view past support inquiries.
Step 1: Log into the Anipanion Pet App on your mobile device.
Step 2: Tap on Account along the bottom navigation bar.
Step 3: Tap on Order Support under the Shop section.
Step 4: Find the order for which you want to submit a support inquiry. You can use the search bar to enter a full or partial product name to narrow the results shown.
Step 5: Tap on the order to bring up the list of products in that order, or if there was only one item in the order, the support inquiry page.
Step 6: Tap on an individual item to open the support inquiry page.
Step 7: Under Order Support Details, enter in what is wrong with your order. If you have images that help show the issue, you can upload them by tapping on Upload near the bottom of the page.
Step 8: When you are done with the description and any image uploads, tap on Submit to send your Support Inquiry to the Anipanion Shop Support Team.
