This article will walk you through collecting payments from your clients.
First, check out this video, which will show you how to submit a payment request to a client.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Web App.
Step 2: Select the Chat tab at the top of the left side navigation bar.
Step 3: Select the consult you wish to address. You can also search the consult by client or patients name.
Step 4: Select the $ icon at the top of the message chain. You can initiate a payment request at any point during the consultation or not at all if you choose.
Step 5: A pop up will appear asking you to confirm the reason for the consult as well as the cost associated with the virtual visit. Select an option from the dropdown menu. Once finalized, click Send.
Your client will receive the payment request in their chat thread.
After clicking on the payment request, your clients will see a breakdown of the costs and have the ability to facilitate the payment with a credit/debit card or by using apple/google pay.
Once the payment has been successfully made, the status will switch from Unpaid to Paid and both you and your client will receive a confirmation notification.
