This article will walk you through sending out a welcome email to your existing clients using their emails from Cornerstone.
Anipanion's integration with Cornerstone lets us skip trying to put together a list of your clients so you can tell them the news about your telehealth services. You can send a message to every client with an email in Cornerstone directly from the Anipanion Web App!
Any pet parent that creates their Anipanion account using the welcome email will be automatically linked to their Cornerstone record.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log into the Anipanion Web App with your administrator credentials.
Step 2: Select the Email Marketing tab under the Marketing section.
Step 3: Use the Filter Tabs along the top of the view to filter the list of pet parents displayed.
- All - Show all pet parents with an email address.
- Welcome Email Not Sent - Show only pet parents that have not been sent the welcome email.
- Welcome Email Sent - Show only pet parents that have been sent the welcome email.
- Reminder Email Not Sent - Show only pet parents that have not been sent a reminder email. Any pet parent that has already been sent the welcome email can be sent a reminder to use Anipanion.
- Reminder Email Sent - Show only pet parents that have been sent the reminder email.
Step 4: To review the welcome email, click on Review and Send on the right-hand sidebar.
Step 5: View a preview of the welcome email by clicking on Preview. To send the email, click on Send.

There will be a final confirmation message before the welcome email goes out.
You can select Schedule Later from the sidebar on the main page to have the welcome email go out at the time you specify.
