Deleting a Staff Member's Anipanion Account

This article will walk you through deleting the account of a user at your practice.



Step by Step Instructions

Step 1: Log into the Anipanion Web App with your administrator credentials.

Step 2: Select the User Management tab under the Settings section.

Step 3: Locate the user that you wish to remove, then click on the Delete icon under the Actions column.

Step 4: A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation of the deletion. Click on Yes.

The removed user will no longer be able to log into Anipanion as a staff member of your practice.
