This article will walk you through adding multiple pets to a chat, or changing the active pet for a chat in the vet mobile app.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Log in to the Anipanion Vet App.
Step 2: Tap on Cases on the navigation bar.
Step 3: Tap on the case you want to address.
Step 4: Tap on the Action Sheet icon in the top right.
Step 5: Tap on Manage Pet(s) in Chat Case.
Step 6: Tap on a pet to add them to the chat case, or to remove them if they are already added. There must be at least one active pet on the chat. When you are finished, tap on Confirm.
