How do I contact my veterinary practice through my Anipanion Pet App?

Anipanion makes it easy to contact your pet's veterinary practice through virtual consults in your Anipanion Pet App.

Step 1

Tap on the Chat tab located in your navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: To select a provider simply tap on the provider you wish to connect with.

You can also add another provider by clicking Add Another Provider then searching for the provider's name by using the search bar. Again, to select a provider simply tap on the provider you wish to connect with.

Step 3: Once you have selected your provider that you wish to connect with, you will see a list of possible charges associated with the consultation. To accept, click on the Chat with Provider button.

Step 4: Next, select the pet(s) that you wish to chat about.

Step 5: Select a reason for your visit. Then click Start Chatting to connect with your veterinary provider.
